What do I receive with my holiday package?

You will receive the following:

  • A full concierge service for my holiday including bookings and holiday itinerary
  • Check-in and Check-outs completed on your behalf if you have booked flights with us.
  • Traveler Declaration forms completed on your behalf if travelling to the Maldives.
  • Personalised Shirt.
  • Personalised video from one of our Directors.
  • A Football Escapes Kit.
  • A Football Escapes Medal.

What can the Concierge services at Football Escapes do for me?

The Concierge team can assist with an array of services to best cater your holiday to you. Whether you want to book a Desert Safari in Dubai, a fitness class, kids club, spa treatments or a meal at your desired restaurant(s). The concierge team are here to make your holiday truly memorable. We also book your transfers, guide you on country entry requirements and if your flights are booked through us, we will also complete your check-ins. For any other requests you may have during and/or in the run up to your stay, we are on hand to help – no request is too big or too small!

Can bedrooms be allocated next to one another?

If you are travelling with children or another family you would like to have your room located next to, please let the Concierge team know and we can request this with the hotel which they will note your request and do their best to accommodate. Kindly note this will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I find my final balance date?

This is located on your holiday itinerary under “Balance Due Date”.

Can I pay via Credit Card / Payment link?

Yes you can, if you would like us to issue a payment link please email accounts@footballescapes.com and we will send a link directly to your email for the desired amount. We also accept Amex Card payments.

Am I able to make interim payments / Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes, this can be arranged. Please contact accounts@footballescapes.com to discuss your desired payment plan or if you would like to make an interim payment prior to your balance due date.

When will I receive my signed shirt?

Once your full balance has been paid, we will send your shirt to you prior to your date of travel. If you live outside of the UK or on the rare occasion we are not able to send your shirt, we will have our ambassador sign and give to you in resort.

When will I receive my personalised video?

Once your full balance has been paid, we will have one of our directors  record your child’s video and will aim to send this to you within your final documents, prior to travel

When will my flights be ticketed?

We can ticket your flights as early as the day you have booked, we will just require payment for half of your final balance in order to do this and then we will be able to view seat selection. Otherwise our accounts department will be in touch prior to your ticketing deadline with an invoice or credit card link.

Can I choose my flight seats?

Yes, once your flights have been paid for we will be able to view the seat selection and let you know if there is an additional cost to choose your seats or that these have already been allocated.

Will my family all be seated together on flights?

We will do our utmost to arrange the seat selection to your preference. During your Concierge call with the team we will ask regarding your ideal seat selection and what is available on the Aircraft.

What is my luggage allowance and where can I find this information?

Please note all luggage allowance is written on your holiday itinerary which has been emailed to you prior to booking.

What if I want to increase my luggage allowance?

Please feel free to get in touch with your Concierge Contact or our team via concierge@footballescapes.com if you wish to increase your luggage for your trip.

When will my boarding passes be issued by the Concierge Team?

The issue of Boarding Passes is dependent on the Airline which you are travelling with. Please note we are bound by the airline for when online check-in has opened. Please see the various check-in times below.

  • Easyjet/Ryanair/Wizzair/Jet2 – 1 Month prior to departure date and time.
  • Emirates – 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • Etihad Airways – 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • Qatar Airways – 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • British Airways – 24 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • Virgin Atlantic – 24 hours prior to departure date and time.

Please also note that it may not be possible to issue all boarding passes electronically if the Airport and Airline have requested that they see travel documentation at the front desk of the Airport. Your Concierge contact will inform you if this is the case.

Are there chaperones on the shuttle bus to The Campus?

Yes, our football coaches will accompany the children on the shuttle bus to and from the hotel to The Campus.

What are the timings for the Portugal Shuttle bus?

Shuttle Buses will run from both The Conrad and Wyndham Grand Algarve to The Campus and also on the return afterwards on camp days (Monday – Friday). The timings will be as per the below:

  • Pick-up time from The Wyndham Grand Algarve – 9:25am* 
  • Pick-up time from The Campus – 12:15pm
  • Pick-up time from The Conrad – 9:30am
  • Pick-up time from The Campus – 12:15pm

*These timings are based on the camp running 10am – 12pm. Please note if they camp timings are moved slightly earlier, the shuttle bus timings will adjust accordingly

Who do I contact if I want to change any bookings whilst I’m away?

If you need to make any changes to your holiday itinerary whilst in resort, please contact our concierge team and we will do our utmost to assist. Please reach us on concierge@footballescapes.com.

Can my prepaid transfers pick me up from/take me to another location after my holiday?

Yes, this is possible however fees may apply if the mileage is further than the allocated trip to and from the Airport. Please contact concierge@footballescapes.com to check additional costs and details with us.

What is included in my “Ultra All Inclusive Package” with Ikos Resorts?

As much food and drinks to your hearts desire, they also include their Concierge service whilst in resort; a ride in the Tesla to hire the car for the day, non-motorised watersports activities and use of spa facilities, booking of 3 restaurants prior to arrival as per Ikos’s policy (this does not include buffet and Dine Out Options).

Those that are Deluxe guests can only enjoy Tattinger Champagne and we are also able to  book every evening for restaurant reservations prior to arrival as per Ikos’s policy.

  • Anantara Dhugi – 14:00 / 12:00

What if I require an early check-in or late check-out?

If your flight times are slightly earlier or later than most your Concierge contact can request an early or late check-out with your resort. In most cases this cannot be guaranteed by the resort unless making payment for the previous or following day however, the resort will do their best to accommodate your request and you can of course have full use of the facilities and changing rooms.
