Join the Football Escapes coaching team for 2026 and help create unforgettable family holidays across the world.
We are searching for coaches who bring energy, heart and real care to every session. Our team sets the tone for the whole week, so we look for people who enjoy working with children, communicate well, stay calm under pressure and bring a warm and positive presence to the pitch.

Recruitment Day Format
Successful applicants will be invited to our Recruitment Day on 18th February 2026 in London.
You will be asked to deliver a 15 minute coaching session based on a theme announced on the day.

Successful applicants will be invited to Induction Day in the London on Thursday 19th February 2026.

How to Apply
To apply, simply fill in our Football Escapes application form and include the information we need to take your application further.
Please do not apply unless you can attend the recruitment day in London on 18th February 2026 and if successful, the induction day in London on 19th February 2026.
Along with some basic details we’ll ask you to provide the following:
- Valid DBS certificate
- FA Safeguarding certificate
- First Aid certificate
- FA Level 2 or above (optional)
These documents must be in date at the time of applying.
Applications are open until 31st December 2025. Applicants who are successful on the first stage will be invited to the recruitment day. You will receive notification of this before 16th January 2026.
