What do I receive with my holiday package?

You will receive the following:

Traveler Declaration Forms 

Guests travelling to the Maldives will receive a link in their My Booking Area to complete their own forms.

Signed Shirt 

Each family receives one signed shirt, (usually from your ambassador). You can update the delivery address in your My Booking Area.

Personalised Video

A personalised video from your ambassador will be available in your My Booking Area once your final balance is paid.

Football Escapes Nike Kit 

Every child receives a full personalised Nike kit at the resort. Kit sizes can be selected in your My Booking Area before you travel.

Football Escapes Medal 

All children receive a Football Escapes medal during their stay.

What can the guest experience team at Football Escapes do for me?

Our guest experience team is here to make your holiday effortless and unforgettable. From booking desert safaris, fitness classes, kids’ clubs, spa treatments, or your favourite restaurants, to arranging transfers and guiding you through entry requirements, we take care of the details. Any request, big or small, we’re here to help so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

Can bedrooms be allocated next to one another?

If you are travelling with children or another family and prefer adjoining or nearby rooms, please let our team know at booking. We will pass your request on to the hotel, which will do its best to accommodate you. Kindly note that this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I find my final balance date?

You can view your remaining balance, payment schedule, and payment options anytime in your My Booking area.

Can I pay via Credit Card / Payment link?

Yes, all details can be found in your My Booking area.

Am I able to make interim payments / Can I set up a payment plan?

Yes, this can be arranged. Please contact accounts@footballescapes.com to discuss your desired payment plan or if you would like to make an interim payment prior to your balance due date.

When will I receive my signed shirt?

Once your full balance has been paid, we will send your shirt to you prior to your date of travel. If you live outside of the UK or on the rare occasion we are not able to send your shirt, we will have our ambassador sign and give it to you at the resort. You can update your address anytime in your My Booking area.

When will I receive my personalised video?

Once your full balance has been paid, we will have one of our ambassadors record your family’s video and it will be uploaded to your My Booking area.

When will my flights be ticketed?

We can ticket your flights as early as the day you have booked, we will just require payment for half of your final balance in order to do this and then we will be able to view seat selection. Otherwise our accounts department will be in touch prior to your ticketing deadline with an invoice or credit card link.

Can I choose my flight seats?

Yes! Once your flights are paid, *you can log in to the airline’s website using your booking reference to choose your seats.

Will my family all be seated together on flights?

Once your flights are paid, *you can log in to the airline website using your booking reference to choose your seats. Airlines will always ensure young children sit with an accompanying adult.

What is my luggage allowance and where can I find this information?

You can view your luggage allowance by logging into your flight booking on the airline website. Standard airline allowances apply unless you’ve requested extra luggage. This information is also available in your My Booking area.

What if I want to increase my luggage allowance?

Please feel free to get in touch with our team via holidays@footballescapes.com if you wish to increase your luggage for your trip.

When will my boarding passes be issued by the Concierge Team?

You’ll need to check in to your flights and get your boarding passes directly with the airline.

The issue of Boarding Passes is dependent on the Airline which you are travelling with. Please note we are bound by the airline for when online check-in has opened. Please see the various check-in times below.

  • Easyjet/Ryanair/Wizzair/Jet2 – 1 Month prior to departure date and time.
  • Emirates – 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • Etihad Airways – 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • Qatar Airways – 48 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • British Airways – 24 hours prior to departure date and time.
  • Virgin Atlantic – 24 hours prior to departure date and time.

Are there chaperones on the shuttle bus to The Campus?

Yes, our football coaches will accompany the children on the shuttle bus to and from the hotel to The Campus.

Who do I contact if I want to change any bookings whilst I’m away?

If you need to make any changes to your holiday itinerary whilst in resort, please contact our team and we will do our utmost to assist. Please reach us on holidays@footballescapes.com.

Can my prepaid transfers pick me up from/take me to another location after my holiday?

Yes, this is possible however fees may apply if the mileage is further than the allocated trip to and from the Airport. Please contact holidays@footballescapes.com to check additional costs and details with us.

What is included in my “Ultra All Inclusive Package” with Ikos Resorts?

As much food and drinks to your hearts desire, a complimentary electric car for the day, non-motorised watersports activities and use of spa facilities, booking of 3 restaurants prior to arrival as per Ikos’s policy (this does not include buffet and Dine Out Options).

Guests staying in Deluxe accommodations can enjoy Taittinger Champagne and have restaurant reservations arranged for each evening before arrival, in line with Ikos policy. Deluxe guests also receive a complimentary two-day local adventure drive in an electric Mini Countryman.

What if I require an early check-in or late check-out?

Your Football Escapes contact can request an early check-in or late check-out with the resort. While this can’t always be guaranteed unless an extra night is booked, the resort will do its best to accommodate you. In any case, you’ll have full access to the resort’s facilities and changing rooms.
