Terms & Conditions – Mark Noble West Ham Experience

Promotion Overview

Customers who book a holiday to Dubai or Siyam World through Football Escapes will receive:

• Tickets to West Ham vs Southampton 19th April
• A Meet and Greet with Mark Noble

Eligibility

• The promotion only applies to Dubai and Siyam World football holidays in December 2025 with Mark Noble, staying for a minimum of 5 nights, and including a minimum of one football place.
• Bookings must be made between 1st February and 31st March 2025 to qualify, while stocks last.
• A minimum payment of 20% of the total holiday cost must be made upfront at the time of booking, plus airfares if required.

Payment Terms

• The upfront 20% payment is non-refundable.
• The holiday booking must include at least accommodation and football to be eligible for the promotion.

Ticket Allocation

• The number of stadium tickets provided is based on the number of individuals (pax) included in the holiday booking.

Redemption Details

• Customers will receive one promotional package per booking, which includes match tickets, and the meet-and-greet experience.
• Details on redeeming tickets and accessing the meet-and-greet will be shared two weeks before the game.
• Match tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Exclusions

• This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
• Football Escapes is not responsible for additional costs, such as meals or other incidentals during the match or meet-and-greet event.

Changes and Cancellations

• If the West Ham vs Southampton match is rescheduled, Football Escapes cannot provide a refund or exchange for the tickets.
• If the West Ham vs Southampton match is cancelled, Football Escapes will offer an alternative game or equivalent experience, subject to availability.
• Standard cancellation policies for Dubai and Siyam World bookings apply and may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer.

Additional Terms

• The meet-and-greet with Mark Noble is a group event and is subject to availability.
• Football Escapes reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
• This is only valid for our Dubai Holiday and Siyam World, Maldives holidays, not including Anantara Dhigu.
